GET /api/v2/fact-find/templates/{factFindTemplate_uuid}/print-blank

Personal access token & O auth2

Renders the template's structure (sections, blocks, and question labels) with no client data, and returns it as a downloadable PDF.

Rejected with a 409 if the template has been archived.
