filter the index endpoint accepts.

**GET /api/v1/marketplace-audit-log/export**

Capped at CreateHeadOfficeAuditLogCsv::ROW_LIMIT rows, most recent first;
`X-Export-Truncated` is `1` when more entries matched than were exported.
